Wade is a meditation teacher trained through UCLA's Semel Institute and brings a unique perspective shaped by surviving Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 21. His approach combines evidence-based mindfulness practices with deep compassion and practical coaching.
As a Professional Certified Coach, author, and podcaster, Wade has dedicated his life to helping high-achieving professionals find peace, clarity, and authentic connection with themselves.
Important: This retreat is mostly silent, especially on Saturday. No technology is allowed during the retreat to create space for deep reflection and presence. Please plan accordingly.
