Abs and Arms Flow

In this 18 minute flow you will work the core and arms in a very targeted, low impact way. I also throw in a tiny bit of lower body for an added bonus. This is a a great flow to practice when you want to work on torso strength and stability.

Materials:

  • Mat

  • Light weights (1-5lbs)
