Ground to Grow

Soulstice Silent Meditation Retreat

June 21st - 23rd, 2024

Whidbey Island, Washington

“I am hitting a wall at work, and I can’t think about what I want to do next.”

“I have to fight for my self-care time.”

“I am on the verge of burning myself out, and I don’t want to have health consequences.”

I hear you, sister. It is common for ambitious women, including myself, to feel challenged to make space for self-care. When I say self-care, I am not talking about bubble baths. I am talking about the deeper inner soul work. The real shit.

Applications close May 10th.

You yearn for:

  • Clarity

  • Spaciousness

  • Confidence

  • Connection

  • Purpose

You put so much energy into your career, family and relationships it would feel nice to not have to think about anyone else or the never-ending to-do list for just a day.

You want to hear your own voice so that you can untangle your identity from your career and the various “roles you play.”

There is a yearning inside of you for something outside your comfort zone. A way for you to get clarity on the questions that keep spiraling in your mind.

You are maxed out. The only solution you can think about is quitting your job.

According to the American Psychological Association, “Psychological science has revealed that long-term stress creates risks for a variety of mental health challenges, may make us feel more sensitive even to daily hassles, can have broader impacts on our general life outlook and goals, and affects the body’s physiological response to stressors in ways that have notable implications for our physical health.”

Chronic stress is hard to evade in this chaotic world. That’s why we need to develop new resilience muscles to continue putting on our oxygen masks.

One where you feel a sense of realistic spaciousness in your mind and your calendar.

One where you can gently face the thought patterns clogging you from clarity and peace.

One where you feel connected to a sense of self so that you can show up and be more present for your community.

There is a solution and it doesn’t require a week’s worth of vacation

Join me on the magical Whidbey Island, Washington.

Friday, June 21st- Sunday, June 23rd.

Registration starts at $1,100

By spending a weekend away, we will let the gifts of nature, nurture us.

You will enter a highly curated and cozy space to allow insights to unfold in a way they don’t naturally unfold in our busy modern day lives.

According to research, silence and strengthening our mindfulness muscles will support you

With a combination of solo introspection, group discussion and mindful movement, you will tap into your authentic self.

You will say goodbye to screens (for two nights) so that the pings and dings of your phone, the phantom vibrations and the endless tabs open on our computer screens can can disappear from your mind and nervous system.
