Magic Circle with an Upper Body Focus

In this 27 minute full body flow, you will use the magic circle to connect to your core and upper body strength with more intention. The magic circle offers an opportunity to challenge your stability and strengthen all of the stabilizing muscles in the body

Materials:

  • Mat

  • Magic circle. This is a great magic circle if you are interested in one. You can also use a ball, pillow, light weights or nothing as a substitute.
