Blocks & Balance Flow

This 25-minute full-body flow focuses on creating balance, strength and stability in the body. There is stretching, a dose of cardio and lots of great balance work. When we move the body, we also move the mind.

Materials:

  • Two yoga blocks (you can also modify without)

  • Carpet/ mat for spine support
