14 Minute Beginner Reformer Series

Whether you have a reformer or not, connect to your body and breath with this 14 minute Beginner Reformer Series. During this series we will work your arms, core and legs. This is a great series if you have a reformer and are just getting started. If you don’t have a reformer, you can follow along with just your mat or add weights/band for more resistance.
