Sunset Standing Flow

I love standing series because it helps me feel strong and challenges my balance after sitting all-day. It feels so good to work on balance in both the mind and body.

Standing flows are great to practice when you are traveling because all you need is yourself. You will feel the whole body working in this flow and hopefully enjoy the sunset light as well!

Materials:

  • Stabilizing surface

  • Mat (optional)
