This 30-minute strength building series is not the average mindful movement in this platform. I wanted to offer you something where you could build a different type of strength that supports your body feeling more fierce. Sometimes we need to dig deep to create boundaries or even to maintain them. When we feel physically strong, it supports us feeling mental and emotional fit as well.
